Ergoworks Retail Sales Consultant THE ROLE: Reporting to Retail Manager. Responsible for showroom day-to-day operation. Delivering excellent in-store experience to customers. Achieving Ergoworks monthly sales target. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and manage retail concept store. Promoting sales of ergonomic products to walk in & corporate customers. Attend to all inquiries in relation to product sales. Handle POS system, payment, and float cash. Manage in-store inventories. Liaise with back-end office on all sales related matters. Handle customers’ feedback and after sales service calls. Conduct after sales customers’ satisfaction survey and do follow up. Maintain proper daily sales record. Perform general housekeeping and upkeep of retail showroom. Other ad hoc duties that may assign to you by the management.
