Logistic customer Service [Philippines]
- Managing day-today activities and operations. Maintain and further develop quality relationships with existing customers , Dearle's, warehouses. Schedule or reschedule pickup and delivery appointments. Provide necessary information to internal departments in order to meet service parameters required by the customer. Provide Customers with status updates and excellent customer service.
- Responsible for sorting and processing data. Maintain data information and handles all administrative data tasks. Day to day duties will include:

1. Keeping accurate records – Compiling, sorting and processing of data
2. Receive and record documents from and to daily dispatch and deliveries
3. Checking of completeness of attachments and enclosures of deliveries
4. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or an associate degree in management, administration, inventory management, supply chain or equivalent. But Fresh Grad or College level welcome to apply .
- Computer literate with experience using MS office (Excel)
- With good communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Carlcare Warehouse Head office
