The Role

As the Air Purifier Support/ Flip Interactive Display Support Specalist you will be responsible for to study the end-to-end details of your cases, identify the best solutions that satisfies both your customers and the brand, and work with your customers to complete the solution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive troubleshooting and address general inquiries
  • Extend support to both inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) communication channels
  • Coordinate and arrange service requests for faulty units
  • Manage and follow up on service requests, ensuring end-to-end completion
  • Assist in addressing general inquiries related to Air Purifier VOC cases
  • Work closely with the Enterprise desk for advanced troubleshooting and assistance
  • Facilitate product registration and business partner (BP) creation processes
  • Assist the logistics team in contacting schools to ensure successful completion of orders listed on the Delivery Failure Notification (DFN) lists.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience
  • Have a customer-first attitude
  • Professional and dedicated
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and PC literate
  • Strong attention to detail
