Welcome to Group Business Architecture & Change

In our transformation function in Hedehusene, you will be part of our new Group Business Architecture & Change department. We are currently 3 colleagues – and scaling up – responsible for creating the business architecture, framework, and standards of our digital journey.

Our business architecture is absolutely essential in taking DSV to the next level digitally as we break down the strategy into the needed business capabilities.

Design and shape the change journey in our digital transformation

Championing change management, you will take on both a facilitating role as well as a practical one. At Group level, you will advise DSV executive management on change management as a discipline and mindset, facilitating the agenda of change management as a strategical enabler of transformation.

Moreover, you will also work at divisional level, where you assist in the creation of the change management standards, training your colleagues in practising change management in their daily work. Specifically, you will:

• Identify barriers as well as levers for change
• Create awareness and understanding of our digital transformation journey
• Enable change excellence by creating and maintaining our global business change management toolbox and framework(s)
• Facilitate collaboration between our department, the transformation function overall as well as stakeholders across the DSV Business Divisions, IT, Finance and DSV Executive Management

Experienced change manager – from strategy to practice

Being a great communicator and collaborator, you know how to spread the message of change management, navigating between top management and specialist levels. You can stand your ground when challenged in your efforts, and you know how to balance long-term projects with urgent tasks, moving between strategy and a practical approach. Finally, we imagine that

you:

• Have many years of experience with change management in large organisations where you have worked both strategically and on a practical level to create results
• Have extensive experience with translating change management outcomes into tangible performance measurements
• Are certified in change management as a discipline either from Prosci or similar
• Have experience with handling a complex stakeholder landscape
• Have experience with change management in the context of digital transformation
• May have experience within transport and logistics – an advantage, but not a requirement
• Are fluent in English
