International Senior Sales Representative (Dental Treatment)

As an International Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our global reach and ensuring patients receive the best dental treatments available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote DentSpa Clinic's dental treatments to international patients .
• Enter and update patient information on CRM
• close the deals with the patient by the best possible way
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the dental industry to facilitate business partnerships and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content targeting international audiences.
• Provide comprehensive information about dental treatments, procedures, pricing, and post-treatment care to potential patients.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via email, phone, or online chat, providing accurate and detailed information while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Follow up with prospective patients to nurture leads, address concerns, and guide them through the treatment booking process.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and managing patient expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology, treatment methods, and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in international sales, preferably within the dental or medical tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental treatments, procedures, and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English or French is required, additional languages are a plus.
